Highlands Hiking Retreat

  • 5 days and nights in luxury accommodation in the heart of the Highlands.

    Daily reflective walks, 2 bigger hikes, optional wild swimming, yoga, psychoeducation sessions and workshops, use practical tools and insights to gain clarity and breakthroughs, home cooked food by a chef, time set aside for reading, journaling and board/card games.

  • This trip will focus on sessions and workshops on the psychology of Behavioural Health. Including Self Esteem, Resilience, Motivation, Values and Happiness.

  • Guided yoga, meditation, breathwork, time for journaling, reading and optional card/board games in the evening or movie.
