This isn’t about fixing yourself or escaping. It’s about doing something real, growing through action, reconnecting with who you are and who you want to be, then returning home with renewed momentum and self-belief.

Why Roaming to Recovery?
Being in nature and moving alongside others shifts our states in ways that sitting often can’t.
Looking out over vast horizons helps regulate the nervous system, creating the conditions for deeper reflection, insight, and renewed perspective. Confidence builds through action. Resilience develops through challenge. Clarity comes from honest conversation and space away from daily stresses. As we surmount these new experiences, self-esteem and well-being naturally grow.
Alongside the physical experience, time is set aside for optional wild swimming & sauna, nutritious meals, reading, journaling, meditation, yoga, board/card games, and structured reflection with future goal setting. In addition, you will be provided with a Roaming to Recovery workbook, which we will complete during the program.
